Monuments Works Forms, Rules & Fees

The following documents must be filled in and returned to the relevant Trust office to register as a monumental sculptor and submit applications to carry out works in Glasnevin Trusts Cemeteries.

  • Monument Sculptor Registration Forms

    Please return completed Registration form to relevant Cemetery Office.
     

  • Monument Works Application Forms DCC 1 to 3

    Please return the completed Monument Works Application Forms to relevant Cemetery Office and the office will process and issue you with a permit upon approval.

  • Rules and Regulations for the erection of monuments

    Please review below the rules and regulations for the erection of monuments in any of the Glasnevin Trust Cemeteries.

  • Removal and re-setting of monuments, kerbing and covering stones

    Please refer to below for rules and maintenance fees related to removal and re-setting of monuments, kerbing and covering stones to facilitate burials, and reinstating graves after the burial has taken place.
